Can we cancel the order?

We operate under a strict No Cancellation Policy once the order has been placed and processed.

Can I refund my items?

We do not offer refunds for any reason other than if the product received is damaged or defective. Please refer to our Damaged or Defective Products section for details on refund eligibility and procedures.

Can my items be retuned?

We do not accept returns unless the items are received in a damaged or defective condition.

What are the shipping methods?

We will be using either LineClear or JNT Express as our shipping method.

How long does it take to ship my items?

It take 7 working days for West Malaysia and 15 working days for East Malaysia

How much are the shipping fees?

RM8 for West Malaysia and RM20 for East Malaysia.
